Your microdosing coaching journey starts with an intake call to determine appropriateness, and costs $50, whether or not it turns out working with me is a good fit for you. If we decide to move forward, the cost of the intake call will be applied to the total cost of the coaching package.

FAQ’s

How do I know if microdosing will work for me?

I’m all about giving folks accurate and honest information, and the truth is…we don’t know. Microdosing is a journey of becoming more present and attuned to yourself. Some people find it helpful, and others do not. There is a lot of subjective and anecdotal data that has been collected over the years where subjective reports of people who microdose find it helpful, and others who do not. One thing we do know - microdosing is not simply taking a pill to change your life. You have to be willing to put in the work to make changes to help yourself feel better. Microdosing can be a useful tool in that process!

What topics do you cover in your coaching package?

Microdosing protocols, integration, how to get the most out of microdosing, and what the research says are just a few of the topics covered. You’ll be given hand outs and other resources to help you not only with microdosing, but making informed choices when it comes to using psychedelics.

Are there situations where folks shouldn’t microdose?

Microdosing is contraindicated for those with a history of a psychotic disorder, Bi-Polar I, and Dissociative Identity Disorder. Persons with a direct family member with a psychotic disorder require additional screening. Additionally, certain medications may blunt the effects of psychedelics. There is also a risk of VHD (valvular heart disease) with chronic microdosing, though how big of a risk is unknown at this time. However, I do not recommend that anyone with a diagnosed heart condition engage in a microdosing practice until we have more definitive research.

Please note - I do not source or provide information about where to obtain illegal substances. Participants assume their own personal risk in obtaining any illegal substance. While some plant medicines are decriminalized in some municipalities throughout the United States, all psychedelics are still considered a federal Schedule I illegal substance. I cannot recommend taking psychedelics for any mental health diagnosis or health concern. I provide information from a harm reduction stance so individuals can make the best decisions for themselves.
